The Spanish Association of Financial Executives, ASSET, has recently created a working group aimed at monitoring the upcoming technological changes in terms of documentation and reporting, not only informative, but also with a fiscal impact. This monitoring goes hand in hand with those responsible for the tax administration as well as the Ministry of Digital Transformation. In this context, the working group has been organized into three different areas, including the Tax area, which is leaded and coordinated by our colleague Yolanda Cano. Yolanda Cano Guerrero. 

At the presentation of the Fiscal Line of the Working Group on Billing Processes, held last Monday, January 27, our colleague Yolanda Cano Guerrero of bln palao abogadosmade a broad review of the initiatives included in the "ViDA package", as well as an extensive analysis of the reporting obligations linked to the invoice, mainly that related to the Billing Softwares /Veri*factu. Various issues raised by attendees were analyzed, including responsibility in the case of reporting by the recipient or by a third party.
