Customs and international trade
i) Traditional advisory services:
- Traditional advisory services in relation to classification, origin and customs value;
- Elaboration and filing of binding tariff information for classification purposes and origin before the Spanish Customs Authorities;
- Elaboration and filing of customs valuation agreements before the Spanish Customs Authorities;
- Due diligence and customs audits procedures;
- Attendance to information requests sent by the Customs Authorities;
- Assistance in the frame of customs audits carried out by the Customs Authorities;
- Litigation before the Spanish Customs Authorities and before the judicial Courts;
- Assistance in the submission of remission requests procedures before the Spanish Customs Authorities and/ or European Commission.
ii) Design and implementation of customs structures:
- Mapping of the customs transactions and customs routines and the supply chain;
- Analysis of the invoicing routines;
- Analysis of the risks areas and control measures in place and detection of potential improvement areas;
- Analysis of the landed costs and potential improvement areas;
- Design and implementation of customs structures: customs warehousing regimes, VAT warehousing regime, processing regimes, temporary imports and transits. Negotiation of the authorizations with the Spanish Customs Authorities;
- Elaboration of customs procedures manual, and finally
- Training
iii) AEO services:
- Analysis of the current situation (i.e. GAP analysis);
- Action plan and improvement areas in relation to the procedures and the implementation of controls;
- Implementation of the action plan;
- Verification;
- Elaboration of all the documents to be filed before the Spanish Customs Authorities;
- Assistance during the audit procedure;
- Training;
- Assistance during the post- audit procedure;
